We headed to Paphos Town Hall from Dubai, UAE  in late November and everything went perfectly, thanks to our wedding planner extraordinaire Stella Virdi! She sorted all of the paperwork, got us some lovely floral arrangements and even took some cute pics of us after the ceremony!

She was a dream to work with and made us feel super comfortable on the day. We can’t thank her enough and would recommend anyone heading to Cyprus to get in touch with Stella in a heartbeat.

So what can we say about Stella Virdi, that no one has already said.

Simple answer – nothing.

But we can confirm that Stella is not a wedding planner she is a person with an amazing way of understanding what people want and delivering exactly what the wedding couple want. Ours was a simple wedding but we felt Stella placed no less importance on ours than on a huge event with more complex requirements.

We believe many would say that any wedding planner would do that, but Stella brings something extra beyond efficiency, understanding and great planning and that is our feeling that she is a friend who wants as much from the day as us. She is truly a person we would be proud to call a friend and we would expect to meet up with her again whenever we return to Cyprus. Thank you Stella for making our day exactly what we wanted and thanks also to the photographer you chose for us, Andy. Like Stella he has an amazing talent, not just as a photographer, but also in making you feel so special and has a great approach to achieving amazing results by insuring you feel totally relaxed with him. The results have totally stunned us, our family and friends.

Information Residents of  UAE & Middle East states or Countries out-side Europe wanting to marry  in Cyprus

Documentation varies according to the passports you holders

Do you need to marry quickly with a trustworthy company in Cyprus.

Weddings can be arranged quickly – within a week if necessary

Our services  will include all of the following

 

Booking the  venue, date & time of your wedding

  • Our Complete and accurate handling of all your legal documentation which will be checked  and approved before arrival in Cyprus
  • Pre –booking your appointment at the municipality in order to obtain your  Licence to marry
  • Full attendance and assistance of a wedding co-ordinator throughout.
  • Your wedding planner will accompany & transport you both to the Paphos  Court-house  to obtain your Statuary Declarations (Affidavits)
  • You will be transported and accompanied to the Town Hall to complete your Marriage Licence Application
  • Arranging transfers if necessary
  • Advising on accommodation for the duration of your stay
  • Apostille in Nicosia Service – Necessary for all non-European countries and passport holders. The Marriage Certificates for couples living in Dubai/UAE or outside of Europe  do require a legalisation procedure in Nicosia following your wedding – you do not personally  have to go there to do this – We will be do this for you; thus  leaving you to enjoy your remaining time here in Cyprus; it can take up to 48 hours to get the appropriate Apostille stamp, we are happy to DHL your complete Marriage Certificate back to your country of residence if you need to leave Cyprus

You may like to add to your wedding day some finishing touches such as a Photographer, special wedding car and bridal flowers. Just let us know your requirements and we shall organise everything quickly and efficiently with little stress to yourselves.
