From the beginning when we were just trying to understand what getting married in Cyprus means, Stella was very attentive and helpful, responding to all our questions and concerns. Throughout the preparation of documents and finalizing trip details (coming from Israel), she guided us expertly in requirements and process, even with last minute complications.

Upon arrival in Cyprus, she had seen to all the arrangements with the Town Hall, booked us a great photographer in Petros Stylianakis (http://www.petrosstylianakis.com), and made perfect impromptu flower plans with her connections the evening before the wedding.
A special thanks for the personal chauffeuring the day of the wedding!

Aside from her professional excellence, she was very kind and sympathetic, and we shared some nice bonding moments with her in the first face-to-face meeting the day before the wedding, and over coffee while we waited for the Town Hall to process documents.

Magical And Most Perfect Wedding Day – Nicola & Ross

Where do we begin… After deciding to get married in Cyprus and being slightly worried the wedding wouldn’t be that something a little different if a holiday tour operator organised it, we thought we would Google ‘wedding planner in Cyprus’ and we came across a video ‘A nice day for a Greek wedding’ and from that moment I wanted to meet Stella

We emailed Stella and arranged to meet in May 2014, (and we married in October 2015) Ross, his mum and I spent 3 days searching for the perfect hotel and wedding venue but we’re really disheartened because we couldn’t find that something special that we were searching for. The following morning Stella picked us up and immediately I knew she would be able to organise us everything we wished for! Finally we chose the hotel to stay in which was also top on the list to hold our wedding until Stella pulled it out the bag and took us to the most amazing venue I have ever seen abroad!

‘more perfect than we could ever have imagined.’

From the moment we started planning our wedding abroad I knew we would need a wedding planner as I worry about everything there is and isn’t to worry about so did some research and came across Stella… I had emailed a few companies and Stella Virdi @ Exclusive Weddings Cyprus was the only one that had got back to me almost immediately; which straight away made me feel at ease. We went to Cyprus for a few days where Stella met us and showed us all our options for the budget we had set and we then found our perfect setting.

Stella was extremely helpful/friendly and just made you relax from start to finish; nothing was too much for Stella she made our day absolutely perfect and am constantly looking back through our pictures of or perfect day. Through the millions of emails of me changing numbers/budget/mind she always reassured me that it was absolutely fine and not to worry about a thing, and she was right.

Thank you Stella and your family for making our day ‘more perfect than we could ever have imagined.’

You really are amazing at what you do!!  🙂

So what can we say about Stella Virdi, that no one has already said.

Simple answer – nothing.

But we can confirm that Stella is not a wedding planner she is a person with an amazing way of understanding what people want and delivering exactly what the wedding couple want. Ours was a simple wedding but we felt Stella placed no less importance on ours than on a huge event with more complex requirements.

We believe many would say that any wedding planner would do that, but Stella brings something extra beyond efficiency, understanding and great planning and that is our feeling that she is a friend who wants as much from the day as us. She is truly a person we would be proud to call a friend and we would expect to meet up with her again whenever we return to Cyprus. Thank you Stella for making our day exactly what we wanted and thanks also to the photographer you chose for us, Andy. Like Stella he has an amazing talent, not just as a photographer, but also in making you feel so special and has a great approach to achieving amazing results by insuring you feel totally relaxed with him. The results have totally stunned us, our family and friends.

Thank you again Stella you can rest assured that we will never forget our day or our time spent with you.
