From start to finish the service  Stella Virdi provided was amazing.

Stella was recommended to me by one of my customers and from the first email I instantly felt at ease and knew Stella was the right person to help plan our special day.

We flew to Cyprus in 2014 still not having any idea of a venue. Stella picked us up from our hotel, (it was lovely to finally meet her after all the emails) and spent the whole day taking us to lots of different venues that we had shortlisted.  She also took us to Love Island Cakes for a tasting session and offered to take me to the florist and hairdressers if I felt I needed to meet them.

We decided to marry at Minthis Hills (Stellas recommendation when I originally told her what kind of wedding I wanted) and throughout the whole booking process and year of planning Stella never let me down. Instant replies to emails, spreadsheets detailing everything clearly  made and just having absolutely everything under control.

As if Stella hadn’t done enough for us, on the morning of our wedding, 30th May 2015, we woke to rain, and not just showers, pouring rain! Unfortunately due to the rain we couldn’t get married outside where originally planned. Well, within under one hour Stella had the whole thing rearranged. She managed to get us a church for that afternoon, arrange a singer, change all transport and flowers and basically solve every problem that had confronted us. AMAZING! If it wasn’t for Stella I don’t think we would have ended up getting married on that day as there was no other option.

So if that isn’t enough to make you realise that Stella is the best wedding planner in Cyprus I don’t know what is. Not only is she fabulous at what she does, she is a lovely, kind hearted lady who constantly put me and my other half at ease. Nothing was too much trouble, at any time.

We will be back to Paphos next May to celebrate our first anniversary, hopefully without the rain this time, and cannot wait to meet up with Stella again.

We  had absolutely no hesitations in booking  Stella Virdi  after reading many fantastic testimonials &  reviews about her services as a wedding planner.

Being  two of the most laid back people you can get ; our wedding  day would not have been as special without the guidance  and help of Stella.

Planning a wedding abroad is a very daunting task and asking somebody you have never met to arrange what is probably going to be  the biggest day in your life a little worrying,  but Stella totally made us feel like we had known her for years  and put us at ease.  She was always on hand to answer any questions quickly, plus she  has the most amazing contacts to ensure every aspect of your day is perfect in every way.

Nice Day For A Greek Wedding – Wedding Planner Extraordinaire!

IMG_1299Hi Stella Virdi, Wedding Planner Extraordinaire! Just a few lines to try and express our thanks, love and gratitude for all you did for us, not only on our wedding day, but the whole two years from meeting you and booking it, to actually having the most wonderfully magical day of our lives!

 

I knew you would be good, I didn’t know that I’d found the best 🙂 It was indeed a lucky day when I watched a little programme called Nice Day For A Greek Wedding and there you were, organising a blessing for a lovely couple in Paphos, just the place where my new husband Steve and I wanted to get married. I tracked you down on the internet and contacted you, little did I know that that was going to lead to not only the best day of my life, but to a lovely beautiful woman who I now call my friend.

 

You patiently dealt with my numerous emails and changing ideas with grace and kindness over the two years, from initially meeting you and booking the big day. You organised a Greek Wedding Reception, including Greek Dancers, in ten minutes!! As well as the most delicious Greek Buffet 🙂 You ferried us around doing the legal bits as well as kindly taking us to the ‘better’ supermarket for a ‘big’ shop, your poor little car must have been exhausted with all that shopping ;o) Jim (Dimitri Katchis, the award winning photographer) only works with the ‘better wedding planners’, so it says on his website, you are more than better, you are THE BEST!!

 

Our wedding day 26th July 2013, was so relaxed, full of laughter and happiness and I put all that down to the confidence we had in you, we knew it was going to be good, we didn’t know it was going to be a day that we would want to relive over and over again 🙂 Luckily we can, with all the photos supplied by you and Jim, and I never get tired of looking at them and remembering all the precious moments of that day.

 

Anyone who’s reading this, wondering if they should get married in Cyprus (Paphos area), I say do it, but do it with Stella, she really will make all your dreams and wishes come true!

 

We love you Stella Virdi and thank you from the bottom of our hearts
