From initially planning the wedding to the actual wedding day Stella went above and beyond, taking us herself to venues, being in contact through messages constantly and making sure our day was absolutely seamless. Having Stella as our wedding planner made our experience totally stress free.
We always knew we wanted to go abroad for our wedding and the thought of marrying overseas felt complicated and overwhelming until we met Stella Virdi who is a wedding planner based in Paphos. From the first initial call where we were able to share our ideas and our vision with Stella, everything was simplified, straightforward, and very well handled. Stella was able to provide us with lots of options and was able to capture our vision perfectly. We loved being able to have a choice, flexibility, and extremely trustworthy suppliers.
Stella is so approachable, and nothing was ever too much. The trust was there from the very start and I knew I could contact Stella with any question, big or small, and there would be no delay or hesitations. We flew over a few months before our wedding and she had created a robust itinerary for us and really went the extra mile from the moment we arrived in Cyprus.
On the day of our wedding, Stella felt like she was part of our family. She was there on hand, super organised and all suppliers were managed via Stella. This takes off any pressure and it also allowed us to enjoy our special day, knowing everything was in control. It has been such a wonderful journey and there was very little stress or anxiety at all in the wedding planning and on the day at one of the best wedding venues in Paphos; which makes it even more special, we were able to enjoy every single moment.
All of our guests were so impressed with Stella and we will forever be grateful that we met the perfect planner!

If you are planning to get married in Paphos my husband and I would highly recommend using Stella. After our wedding was canceled due to covid Stella Virdi stayed in touch keeping us up to date with new bookings.
Stella went above and beyond to make our day perfect.
She was always a message or phone call away for every question we had. Stella helped us pick the perfect Venus for us as a couple. The food, setting, and way the day ran were flawless. I wanted my 8-month-old in the car with me to the venue and forgot about organising a car seat, about 20 mins before leaving Stella made a call and got this sorted right away. I thought this was great of her.

Is what I said in the ceremony room of the Paphos townhall to Stella after getting married to my beautiful wife.
When my wife and I decided to get married, we were at a complete loss as to where to begin. As an Irish/Russian couple we knew we wanted to elope and get married in Cyprus, but we didn’t know how to arrange it all.
After some research we contacted Stella who from the very first email was able to explain what documents we needed, how to get them and what venues and extras were available to us for our wedding day. Stella was so easy to communicate with. She responded to all our questions and did her utmost best to help us with any requests we had.

Although we were already legally married, we hadn’t had the chance, up until now, to have a ceremony of some sort. We opted for a small church blessing. Stella was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Always on hand, there’s no task too big or small. I felt in safe hands and there was no detail unchecked.
Stella organized everything including my bouquet and I requested extra flowers for my hair too!
Our wedding was very small and intimate, the setting was St Nicholas chapel by the sea. It was such a beautiful setting and every detail was carefully planned and articulated to such a high standard.
I am truly grateful to Stella for not only being such a dedicated and fantastic wedding planner but also someone who we would love to keep in touch with. Planning a wedding, however big or small, can feel quite daunting, however, Stella’s experience and expertise made organizing a wedding far from home feel like a breeze.
